• Where is the store based?

• Contact time terms... MUST READ!

  First contact to you will be made within 48 business hours of design purchase and will be to the email address on the Storenvy invoice. Contact must me returned to me within the next 48 business hours. Max of two initial emails are sent following purchase, if absolutely no contact is made back within 7 business days, project will be cancelled and absolutely no refunds are given. Once purchase is made and payment is complete, you are placed on the next available opening. Make sure you are ready to get started on your new design at purchase, important design information will be needed in order to build your beautiful store. If more time is needed, please contact to discuss and we will do our best to accommodate, otherwise additional fees will be billed to continue later.

• Will I loose any products / info if I use a premade theme?

  Absolutely not! All your products and information will stay the same, only the background and layout design in your Custom Storefront will be changed to your new look.

• Can I install the theme myself?

  Yes you can. You will have to know basic html / css in order to customize to your branding voice. All themes purchased come with free basic alterations and installation. If you choose to install the theme yourself, any maintenance needed theme zip transfer will occur a hourly charge. Please contact if you need assistance.

• Do I have to purchase add-ons with the theme or can I do it at a later date?

  No, you do not need to purchase all of your add-ons when you purchase your theme. You can return at any time! Simply visit our Add-On collection whenever you need something and we’ll be happy to help.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Premade Templates : 2 - 5 business days

  Print Items : 5 to 10 business days

  Info Website / Blog Template : 3 to 4 weeks

  E-Commerce Website : 4 to 7 weeks

• Can I view designs created by New Shop?

  Yes, I have a full portfolio at www.newshopdesign.com - check it out!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• What is Storenvy?

  This store is created with Storenvy, an online store builder and marketplace for inspired brands. As a shopper, you can discover and buy items from multiple stores from all over the world and check out in one step at or open your own store for free.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?

  If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page or through your Storenvy account settings page.
